HAMDEN — The town’s details engineering providers were “compromised” early Thursday, prompting a recovery exertion, according to the administration of Mayor Lauren Garrett.

Sean Grace, Garrett’s main of personnel, explained in a statement that the town’s crisis solutions were unaffected, but considerably less critical features have been impacted.

“Our workforce swiftly shut the technique down to safeguard against even more compromise. We have contracted with a recovery consultant and are operating with legislation enforcement investigators to securely get our procedure up and operating,” Grace said. “Our crisis products and services are uninterrupted.
